The lady ought to declare her full name and family background for Ghanaians to determine whether she qualifies to be appointed to that post. Charlotte's maiden name is Kesson-Smith. Her father is an Nzema from the Western Region and yes her mother is Nigerian so WHAT? If Rawlings is a Ghanaian why can't she be a Ghanaian?

She attended UG.(Legon). She read Law for her first degree and went to the Law School at Makola and graduated without incident. I am reliably aware that she went to S. Africa for her Masters, and for your information she has classmates in Ghana to prove this point and has all her CERTIFICATES to show if the need arises.

We have a non Ghanaian holding a very sensitive position and competent Ghanaians were side stepped to that this woman of party colors was appointed to be head of a neutral institutions. The referee of the match is already wearing the jersey colours of one of the teams involved in the match.

This woman was born nd grew up in Nigeria , with both parents Nigerians, so what makes her a citizen of this country? having her secondary nd university education here in Ghana grant her such opportunity?
