  The other time I wrote that Korle-Bu must be written Korlebu. For instance though English is a flective language Liverpool is not written Liver Pool.
  The state must make water, education and health free for the citizen as it was adopted by Kwame Nkrumah's CPP in 1962.
  Not to mention sanitation. It will interest you that countries that have free sanitation are cleaner than those with cash-and-carry.
  You can go to China, Cuba, North Korea and Viet Nam and take a look at their cities and environment.
