  Frying plantain or yam chips in hot oil with plastic is a crime. But that’s not the only thing our experts should dwell on. PET bottles, plates, cups, household bowls and even cutlery mostly made from plastics also leach harmful substances into food and drinks under certain circumstances. Mineral Water and Pure Water exposed to the extreme heat of the sun for hours are also dangerous. They are often packed at storefronts, on pavements and driven in delivery trucks under the heat of the scorching sun all over town. Chemicals like styrene is in takeaway packs, antimony in water bottles, phthalates in kitchen foil and bpa in the coating for canned goods are all hazardous materials. Hot foods served in disposable plastics at parties or picking hot, oily kelewele with plastic forks make no difference. All die be die. H4-orkA.
