Active ingredient in Calorad are, collagen hydrolysate, aloe vera and Glycerin and if am right let me break it down in a layman's term for u. hydrolyzed collagen is nothing more than degraded protein, why not eat an egg, a slice of chicken or tuna and you can get the same thing, aloe vera when ingested orally causes stomach upset so I guess frequent trips to the bathroom could theoretically cause u some weight loss. and finally the highly saturated glycerin in this product chemically is a sugar alcohol use as a sweetener and has nothing to do with weight loss. Pls find these poor people a better way to lose weight. and if I may suggest one, try Life style modification.

That was then when men in Ghana those days looked at fat or obese ladies as being wow and bozing but today every well educated man knows that it is not cool to be fat.We have come to relize that fatness is sickness so men are falling for slim ladies.In developed nations today women are trimming down because there is no market for them.You donot trim down with medications but the best way is via life style change via exercise and what you eat more fruits and vegies and watch the food portions to.

If people stop copying everything (especially bad things) from developed countries, obesity would not be much of a problem in Ghana. People are eating too much from fast food joints like KFC etc. and not eating our local and home made foods in moderation. We need to stop this nonsense that everything from the west is better than what we have in Ghana (this includes some of the revealing and ridiculous clothing that some women wear these days). A solution to the problem is to eat wholesome local foods that are prepared at home with small amounts of grease and also to eat in moderation. Another solution would be to exercise often and walk more often instead of driving or taking public transportation.

I always have to buy medicines for my two sisters who are fat and having heart and diabetes. Yet they would'nt like to reduce weight either. I once happened to meet an old friend of mine when I recently came to Ghana who is so fat. I said to him Bro. you like nice and his response was By Gods Grace. He still don't know that obees is a desiese that all devoloped countries are fighting. Lets fight obesety please.

Seriously there is no easy way out. Exercise exercise , controlled eating habits, eliminate the bad oils and good rest.

I know all things work together for our good. And we can do all things through Christ who strengthen us. I just got my bottle of the product and I know it will work only when you go by the directions given. Exercise alone will not work be course I have been there. You stop the weight comes back. Diet is also good but I tell you with all this THREE together I bate you will get your desire weight. Eat well and do what you think is best for you to keep fit and healthy. God bless.
