  No training whatsoever in pharmacy but just mix up several orthodox medicines together and stick a label on it. A wing and a prayer remedy left to kill Ghanaians softly. Sad thing is, the effect of this medicines on health are not immediate but usually delayed. So a lot of Ghanaians jump to the conclusion that the concoctions are safe when they experience no immediate side effects. A cytotoxic damage to the liver from taken these fake medicines can take anything from 5 to 10 years before they finally show up. Then you start blaming your "unexplained" illness on the old folks in the village.
