The GBC shit union must take note and the other unions at state-owned media beware of this. There are state-owned media organisations foolishly running two unions. When working in public sector at the Ministry of Information it was one thing we never understood, using state institutions to advance personal failures. GBC, where l have worked at is a sad example. And others too that are on course now. CEOs must bring order by disciplining recalcitrant fools hidding behind unions. This guy will have at least five years in the wilderness and by the time he gets back Korle Bu would have been saved, that is if he should win his case. All must take note. Stupid unions

If rarely true that this man has been dismissed by management of KBTH for fighting corruption, Charles also wanted to save the hospital from financial malpractice. He interdiction and subsequent dismissal is unlawful.

Interdiction is a right of the employer and even not a court can deprive him of that right. The right to investigate a matter affecting an employee. The law on fear hearing `demand that a person must be given the chance to defend him or herself. So a person who is to defend him or herself over an allegation must be given the free time at the expense of the employer to prepare for his defense. If a court mulls an interdiction it means that the court is depriving the person of the right to defend him or herself and be heard. Even in the case of no evidence the court must still listen to both parties before deciding that there is no case against the accused.

Serves Charles right His dismissal is lawful. Recall he leveled many allegations against the CEO and Board in December 2015. He and his KOSSA mafia were called to a meeting with the Board to prove their allegations. They refused. The Board had a lengthy Press Conference which they even posted on Ghana web. Those interested should look for it and read. They called them again and they refused and rushed to minister Segbefia.

The Minister asked them to go and meet the Board. THEY REFUSED. They then rushed to court to place an interim injunction on the Board from proceeding against them. The case is still in court. So they were free to continue their hoodlum and unwarranted attack on Management. Charles was hopping from one radio station to another spewing lies to the uninformed. His stock in trade is to throw dust into people’s eyes to think the current board is responsible for what happened in Korle Bu 3 years ago!!!

Well he who wants equity should approach equity with clean hands. Mr Ofei Palm while the case is in court violated the principle and went on air again talking about same things for which he sought an injunction. Remember all these are OUTRIGHT LIES and he was given many opportunities to come and prove his allegations. He was interdicted this time unlike formerly where he was treated with kid gloves!!! .

He wanted to get another injunction but viola the Board might have seen through his tactical moves. HE was given his walking papers before he could make another false move. Mr. Palm is Korle Bu the only place to work? Go find a new job my friend. Kudos to CEO and Board for bringing into Korle Bu PEACE
