What wrong did Lawaratu do? To suggest that the citizens should also be part of the fight against galamsey is in the right direction. The host is biased and was not listening. She as host can blame the President and ministers and the party in government but when citizens who live with the people involved in the galamsey are asked to join the fight she flares up. Her reaction was out of place. She should watch the programme again and apologise to Lawratu.

I pity for this lady from the Savannah region for the position she is taking in terms of speaking for this wicked government. I hope she doesn’t also fall in the same situation as Otiko Djaba who lambasted Mahama to win power with the satanic NPP party only to be booted out later. This is about the Mining in the forest reserve in which river Ankobra runs, where major Mahama and team were detailed to guard the company in the forest from 2015.
I bet to differ madam kniw nothing journalist that, if citizens can demonstrate in Accra at 37 where there's no galamsey activity, then they can equally go to the galamsey sites to push them off. We have seen videos of the youth of Sefwi Akontombra chasing the galamseyers out of their site.
Truth must be told that, it is needless to demonstrate in Accra after they government initiative to fight the menace was met with the opposition who encouraged it to continue. It would have been better to see the demonstrators supporting the government at the time.
Let Ralph come to his hometown, Dunkwa - On - Offin, the head quarters of Chinese in galamsey to demonstrate and leave Accra alone.
