John Dramani Mahama/NDC borrowed the same amount as Akuffo Addo/NPP but they NDC behave as if they borrowed less.Criminally minded use the exchange rates of the Dollar to confuse illiterate Ghanaians.

The Chief is talking about a dam that planned just after independence but stupid NDC Foolish Soldiers are claiming their party that came in 1981 or 1992 started it.
