The stock in trade of NPP is to organise demonstrations, press conferences and denigrate the law enforcement institutions. When bail is denied in Ghana NPP insults the judge personally and lie to the people that bail is a right. Hon OK is in custody, why is NPP not organising demonstrations and press conferences ? For every offence bail should be considered.

But the grant of the bail is not automatic. It can be denied on certain legitimate grounds.
