The man was a respectable, God fearing leader that had a complete program for all aspects our national development.

Unfortunately, the communists Young Pioneers implanted by Nkrumah in our mist, did not allow Ghanaians to benefit from his knowledge and the good work he had started for the sake of this country and its people. They hijacked and impeded our development until the year 2000.

Although Acheampong was one of the communists, and also did their dirty work for them, they have been trying in vain to disown him. He was killed by another communist when he seized power and unleashed a Cuban-style communist dictatorship on Ghanaians.

So, it was not even the complainant/s who suggested Nana might be part of the assaulting group, directly or indirectly, but, rather, some of the culprits did mention his name?

The paper might retract the story for the convenience of avoiding a protracted argument on what your assertion really means. But if the fact could be established that Nana's name is on the list presented to the Police, the Paper may well be within its right to have reported as it did, except that you could claim non-exclusive emphasis on Nana in demanding for the inclusion of the others among the invited or arrested.
