  ##SOURCE: MYNEWSGH.COM ------ The much awaited report by the Kwesi Botchway committee has disclosed that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has a weak intellectual and research base indicating that this played a key role in the party’s defeat in the 2016 elections. According to the committee, the NDC needs to take steps to crowd the party with critical thinkers in order to make the NDC a better party.

  Even countries like the uk, USA,south Africa have unemployment problems despite democracy & prosperous private sector that are on a daily basis dismissing not employing people.

  Follow the Swedish Model and this problem can be solved easily. I have already directed that there should be income insurance which should be able to compensate any individual or graduate who manages to get employed for one year, then he or she should be able to live normal so long as he is absolved in the labour market. Additional program should be that there should be compulsory 6 weeks holidays for every worker in Ghana. Once this is being done, the unemployed can be employed on temporary basis which should be able to reduce unemployment for the interim. Please, there is a solution ; the problem is that right people are not consulted when it comes to matters concerning these.
