A child that age is not allowed in the front seat of any car,as cautioned by all car manufacturers. The child should have been seated at the back seat,well strapped by a seat belt or a car seat. In other civilised parts of the world the father would have also been arrested. Now here they are claiming huge sums of money,trying to capitalize on the very unfortunate incident that claimed a precious little child d .
