Mr Felix Kwakye Ofosu has won the parliamentary primaries of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the Abura Asebu Kwamankese constituency of the Central Region.
The former deputy communications minister polled 360 in the Saturday, 24 August 2019 elections to beat his closest contender, Dr Nana Ama Brown Klutse who polled 327.
Similarly, Samuel Atta Mills, younger brother of the late Professor John Evans Atta Mills, won the primaries in the Komenda Edina Eguafo Abirem (KEEA) constituency.
He polled 749 of the total votes cast.
