  Is Tsatsu Tsikata aware of this situation? Rawlings was directing his Finance director appointee to who Channel all the IMF borrowed funds to Tsatsu Tsikata who claimed, he invested the funds. Who gave him to invest Ghana funds? He was managing Ghana affairs as if it was his personal property.
  The fact that Kotoka (an Anglo) staged a coup to overthrow Nkrumah followed by Rawlings (an Anglo) who staged a coup, killed his senior officers (non-Anglos) and was able to steal and educate his Children Overseas, has created very bad impression among non-Anglos to the extent that no one pays attention to what happens in our area.

  The stupidity of leadership in Ghana will continue to cause havoc to the populace. Just an hour away from Keta is Lome with same land topography. The Togolese have designed better drainage systems that drains rain water to the ocean and minimize the damage exponentially. Instead of learning from them we will sit there and be doing plenty talking. World Bank funds for combatting sea erosion to is being hoarded in Accra, first by NPP and now the NDC too doesn’t see the urgency to release the funds. Everyone is all talk and no Action. Sorry for the people of Keta
