Further Mustapha Ussid former Sports Minister is also being accused for using African Games Money to pay for Black Stars coaches and yet the CommonFund Administrator is walking free for paying state moneys into the private accounts of MPs.

THAT CANT BE TRUE...IF it was true how come some Mps are always crying that the DCEs in their various constituencies are undermining them by not giving their share of the common fund to them on time??....HOW IS IT EVEN POSSIB ...

THAT CANT BE TRUE...IF it was true how come some Mps are always crying that the DCEs in their various constituencies are undermining them by not giving their share of the common fund to them on time??....HOW IS IT EVEN POSSIBLE THAT THE ENTIRE DISTRICT ASSEMBLY COMMON FUND OF MILLIONS OF CEDIS FOR EVERY QUARTER GOES INTO AN MPs ACCOUNT....IMAGINE THE CHAOS THAT WOULD HAVE CREATED BETWEEN THE MP AND DCE IF THE MP IS FROM THE OPPOSITION PARTY
