  Carelessness and indiscipline in the traffic is still causing accidents on the newly built wide roads. People are allowed to drive without going through a rigorous driving school. In the advanced industrialized countries, you can not get a driving license until you have passed both the theoretical and the practical courses from a certified driving school. Are we really resetting Ghana? I doubt it.
