This should not have been the responsibility of the Regional Minister. The Minister of Environment could have done it. If the White Christians Minister refuses to vacate the place, get the Courts to take him and let him defy the Court and let him see what can happen to him. A little Jail time for Contempt to the Judiciary will see him parking his stuff and leave. Contempt against a Court order becomes a Felony and he can be imprisoned and after his Sentence be deported to go and fool about in his country. He will know and respect the Laws and Orders of the Court.
