This is a good policy and helps the working class to get to their jobs in good time. It is an exercise all over Europe when the outside lane of the road is solely dedicated to the public bus alone. TV cameras are installed to monitor any private or taxi driver that will contravene it will be sent a ticket for fine or can be prosecuted. Bravo to the initiators.
