  It is a very good idea but Winnebarians need jobs inorder to feed their families!Job creation must be paramount!I left Winneba for Europe in 1960.On my last visit there 2 years ago,I realized that nothing has changed there!And this is, after 51 years!The streets were rough and full of potholes!
