It is sad that these speakers did not emphasis on transparency to their new entrants and students. Lack of transparency makes the institution useless and irrelevant course outlines.
Many informed and thoughtful observers will say that "Critical Thinking" skills are what the Rector and others in the academy ought to be "preaching" to students.

The major problem I see from Africa educated once from student to professor is they learn to have good result to have names and clever to steal from the nation. They are absolutely not creative! That our main burdden.
