  Nowadays businesses and government organisations have stopped demanding Secondary School Certificate or Basic Education Certificate.
  
  Each of these certificates are important. For example for many tertiary graduates the only certificate that can tell whether one can speak good English or whether one has adequate knowledge of Mathematics is the Secondary School Certificate.
  
  Similarly the only certificate that can tell whether a tertiary graduate has basic knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture, agriculture and the basic geography of West Africa is the Basic Education Certificate.

  Sim box fraud is diverting incoming calls from overseas to local sim to make it like local call. The govt of Ghana since last 4 years have imposed $0.15 tax on all incoming calls to Ghana,this has made calling Ghana from overseas very expensive e.g when you call your relative in Ghana from USA for 10 minutes you pay $1.50 as tax to the govt of Ghana.Some crooks have managed to divert foreign call through local sim to look like local call to deny the Telcos and govt the tax. The govt of Ghana have been advised to stop this tax because it makes Ghana less business friendly and morally how do Ghanaians have to pay tax to talk to their relatives back home.

  Ghana is a country of ten regions with so many courts spread throughout the country so if there is no law that prevents them from taking these cases out of Accra to less busy courts outside Accra why not do that?
