  Why do Ghanaians put everything on the central government? When are we going to learn that we can come together, pay some kind of levy imposed by our community leaders to help develop our communities ourselves? Toilets should not be a prerogative of the government. When talk about roads and other infrastructures then we can go to the government but toilets? Come on people be realistic here.
