  Please do not start a project that you cannot sustain. It is not your work or responsibility to pay school fees for the children of others. You are by this encouraging irresponsible parenting. Every parent should be able to provide for the kids they bring into the world. Teach them to work hard so that they may earn some income to provide for their families. Besides, as mp, paying school fees for members in your consistency is not part of your job specification or terms of reference.
