  Isn't it the Police who misuse the siren in traffic in Ghana? So who are they going to arrest? May be the fire and Ambulance service drivers.

  In all developed world the police are allowed to use their horn in emergency. In Ghana, most drivers misuse their horns, always touting it without any justification. That nonsense must stop. It's a disgrace and nobody should ...
