  This project was initiated by the Kufuor administration in2006 when funding was secured from Netherlands yet using their usual propaganda the NDC and Mahama want to harvest where they have not sown.I am surprise no mention of the role NPP played was made. NDC and cheap propaganda are bedfellows.
