  I don't say NADMO shouldn't help anybody in distress situation, but I think it doesn't make sense to continue this way. NADMO should go into disaster prevention as a strategy in managing our scarce resources. It's not sustain ...

  I don't say NADMO shouldn't help anybody in distress situation, but I think it doesn't make sense to continue this way. NADMO should go into disaster prevention as a strategy in managing our scarce resources. It's not sustainable to be dissipating resources this way annually around Ghana.It's not a sustainable thing at all.
