Ga chief's are a disgrace to their people. Because the Odartey Sro people have no money, these guys have paid lawyers to claim the land from them. Residents have bought the land in dispute from 3 different families and now this is what the law court of the nation is saying. It's a pity. Ga's, when are we going to stop selling our birth rights to non Ga's. We the residents are waiting for them to come and claim the land we've bought years now since 2000. Can you believe this? You will not find this when NPP is ruling. It's only when NDC is ruling Ghana. Shame on you Adutso family.

Please check your records before you put false information out there. the fact that you paid money for the land doesn't make it right. remember, there is a saying in law which says that you cannot sell what you don't have. so please do due diligence next time you want to acquire something valuable and live chiefs out of this because the land in question doesn't belong to any Ga chief, politics and insults.

Go and see the lawlessness going on now at the site. They are using notorious land guards to demolish people's houses and asking residents who bought lands there while they slept on their rights to pay ghc50,000 per plot or face demolition. Is this a compassionate family. They deliberately split their families and come up with these schemes to inconvenience law abiding citizens. Government must pass a law to protect citizens who buy land in good faith and then have such ploys sprung on them in their retirement years when they dont have the energy and resources to fight for their rights.
