Andre although playing for Ghana was born in France. Newcastle loves French players. They should try and buy him except Andre wants to play champions league football. Frankly I think he lacks the upper tier quality for any of the top EPL players to get him. Then again Livepool bought Borini so one never knows. Arsenal could use him if they sell Ozil and I think he will be more productive.
