FOR 3/4 YRS....CONTRACTS. THEN AS THE GOAL GETS TOUGHER TO ATTAIN, U BRING IN THE NECESSARY PLAYERSFROM OUTSIDE...PURCHASES FROM OTHER CLUBS, SCOUTING FROM YOUTH FARM SYSTEM, SCOUTING FROM UNIVERSITY, SHS, INTL CLUBS.

I must say it is a total shock to find myself on the same side of the fence with you on any issue.This shouldn't be practiced by Kotoko alone but Ghana as a whole.If we want to develop our league even better then we must improve our player retention level.Which means our clubs should do more to encourage match attendance so that they can pay the players a livable wage to stay and play in Ghana longer.Improvement in security does not only address the costly fines and bans from home venues but also make matches a family friendly events which will definitely fill the stadiums.I know I am not ever again going to subject my wife and kids to the horrid mess they call restrooms at Accra Sports stadium.The mere fact my wife is Ashanti(was Phobian until an experience at Accra Sports stadium a couple of years ago) invited tribal insults and abuse at Accra sports stadium(VIP section) These are the least of things they can address quite cheaply but the turn around will be dramatic and will clean their image and convince more people like myself to come back.Otherwise I will get the match on the radio,TV or the papers and it will be the clubs that loses.
