Every match with our African brothers especially in the Magreb region will need special protection against terrorist and Islamic militants.
Folks must note that Avram Grant being an Israeli, is a huge security risk we dare not take despite his credentials. Most Arabs and Palestinian sympathisers in the terrorist trade will target Black Stars dressing rooms and players will live in fear all the time. We certainly do not have the Israeli type of surveillance or security intelligence to protect him and our innocent players so prevention is better than cure. Sorry Hon. Avram Grant but I love my people and we are peace-loving hospitable people.
Why must we not accept Kluivert who like Ruud Gullit may possibly push us to the next level of football excellence with his famous killer instinct in front of goal. The soccer revolution of Chelsea was the making of Gullit but white Europeans will never give a Blackman any chance to shine and it is a fact; take it or leave it. Let us present Kluivert with the opportunity for he is the most determined to excel yet victim of the silent race war. He even eats fufu with Ghanaians in Holland so his home-coming is a welcome news. One look at his face will tell you he is a no-nonsense, no push-over football giant. He loves nothing than winning and will help unearth more strikers to make Black Stars forwards more deadly.
Above all, responses to their pay, ambitions, targets, residential preferences, ways to nurture aspiring youth teams to fruition, giving a fair chance to both local and foreign-based players and handling of disciplinary matters should be amongst the yard-stick to be employed by our interviewing panel. God Bless Ghana.

We need to be developing the necessary structures to train coaches and referees instead of just jumping from one extreme to another.Coaches are trained.They were not born with coaching abilities and skills.

What did Coach Appiah and the players do wrong??? If you are quick to point anything against the former coach and the players then you are not being sincere. But if you could pause and ponder then there is a big issue that needs to be addressed at the FA and leaders. This is the beginning of the solution to the problem. There is no other way.

Remove these three from the list: *Avan Grant, *Milovan Rajevac and *Patrick Kluivert. Give a magnitude challenge (Aural & Practical) to other two - Marco Taddelli and Bernd Schuster then pick one of them. The ultimate two-pronged challenge for the final choice should be - to make an unprecedental positive NAME for GHANA & HIMSELF.

*Avan Grant is a failure, he undermined his boss at Chelsea & took his job, he has limited movements (Arab countries), He is yet to make a real image at over 50 years? *Milovan Rajevac is after money and not love for Ghana as he pretends to be saying. If he loved Ghana and was sincere there wouldn't have been this delay and further adverts. *Patrick Kluivert is too young for this job. Some of the players may even be 'truly' older than him, if not of the same age as he is. There would be too MUCH CAMARADERIE for a team that is already spoilt with that. We need a "no nonesense" man who can tame & reverse Asamoah Gyan & co on their excess CELEBRATIONS before MATCHES. Such often led to SORROWS, LAMENTATIONS, THINKING AND BLAME-GAMES for players and fans after matches.

Ultimately, we need a Coach who can tame, command, control and cordinate to make players sober, reflective,agressive, plan-conscious, deep-thinking and strategy-minded, victory-minded etc, before matches in order to jubilate and celebrate in victory after matches.

Second, our brothers and sisters in North Africa and else where in Africa will not be kind to us to keep him as the Coach for the Ghana Black Stars. Even the fact that we have Israel's embassy in Ghana today is in self a violation of Ghana's Constitution. We should not have done that. It was Atta Mills who did this unthinkable thing.
Avram Grant, is the Man for the Ghana Coach. Do not hire him for this job, or else you will stand to regret it sooner, than you would ever know it. Ghana Football Association, be wise and do the right thing in this case for once. Patrick Kluivert, is the man for the Coaching job, in my view, also shared by so many people in Ghana, especially, the Football lovers in Ghana. So,Tony Appiah, stop talking nonsense and face the reality. We are not talking about your corrupt attitude here. There will continue to be a complete boycott of the stadiums in Ghana, should Avram Grant be appointed as the new Ghana Black Stars Coach. This is my point
