  This phrase demonstrates a sound knowledge of applying the principles of operations management to coaching.
  I'm a staunch advocate of this brand of coaching.I believe coaching is mainly a two prong job that combines principles of economics, and operations management. The principles of economics, which deals with allocation of resources; come into play in the selection of a squad. Once a coach has allocated the right talents for the squad, the next step is the maximization of the selected talents to achieve the optimum result, -- i.e., victory.
  
  In my humble opinion, most coaches fail to achieve optimum results because, they cannot move beyond the economics principles to the operations management phase.
  
  Coach Avram has demonstrated in less than a sentence that he knows the operations management phase of coaching. We must not forget that this is the phase of coaching that brings optimum results, -- i.e., winning.
  
  I'm a sucker: and that makes me proud to have Mr. Avram as the coach of the Ghana Black Stars.
  
  He knows that winning is not a matter of chance, but rather a matter of combining principles of economics, and operations management.
  
  The Ghana Black Stars is finally in the hands of a superb coach. I therefore urge my follow Ghanaians to cut him a slack, and leave him alone to do his job the best he could.
  If conditions warrant him to monitor players from abroad; we must let him. Because, that could be the best scientific approach for him produce the optimum results we are all looking for.
  
  May Lord Almighty continue to bless our beloved Great Ghana: Amen!!!

Very unprofessional and dats why he can't win the big one. Kenichi will win the lg. The guy works hard and he is professional. Coaching is his office job

He built a team that went to Brazil from a difficult group including 2 former champions (Egypt and Zambia). His team was the only one Germany could not defeat, we failed because of sabotage by Gov, GFA, some Players and officials, by the way doesn't Grant need a technical assistance-idiots in power.
