  Why is Ghana's UN Mission playing a role in the distribution of World Cup tickets? I assume the tickets will be distributed to some lucky Ghanaians free of charge. I cannot understand why any Ghana in the States will depend on the UN Mission for tickets, when they could have easily entered the FIFA world cup lottery system to purchase their tickets. At least that's how I bought my tickets to Ghana vs. Croatia match in Philadelphia.
