List of confirmed foreign Heads of State and Government attending Mandela events

The South African government's Department of International Relations and Cooperation has released a list of foreign Heads of State and Government attending activities relating to Former President Mandela's passing.

More than 70 heads of state and government are expected to attend the events.

US President Barack Obama will attend Tuesday's memorial service at the Soweto stadium, while others will arrive later in the week for Mandela's burial on December 15 in his boyhood home of Qunu.
