The 2020 election was marred by pockets of violence, which saw some eight people die and several others suffer serious injuries.
In the Ablekuma Central constituency, five people were shot, leading to the death of one of them, Ibrahim Abass.
The four who fortunately survived are grappling with life-changing injuries. In this edition of #SayItLoud, GhanaWeb’s Ishmael Batoma speaks to one of the survivors, Pius Asiedu Kwanin, a journalist who was shot in the line of duty.
