Vice-president of the Republic of Ghana Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur has congratulated deputy captain of the Black Stars Andre Dede Ayew on his £20.5m move to West Ham United.
The 26-year-old signed a four-year deal with the East London club for a bumper income of £120,000 a week.
Ayew made an impressive debut season in the English Premier League last season with Swansea scoring 12 goals and 2 assists in 32 games after joining last summer from French side Marseille.
Hours after his move was announced by the Hammers, vice-president of Ghana Amissah-Arthur took to his official Facebook timeline to congratulate the Black Stars deputy captain.
