2. Why did he robberstamp parliament to grant SENTUO oil refinery a tax exemption of a wooping $200 million that could have been injected in TOR to restore it?
3. Why did they build SENTUO refinery in Tema, few meters from TOR, knowing that TOR is a strategic national asset
4. Why did Akufo Addo shamelessly at the commissioning of SENTUO oil refinery say they'll mobilize resources to revamp TOR when he's left it

The extremely interesting thing is this: At the time Dr. Kwame Nkrumah established the Tema Oil Refinery, (TOR) Ghana did Not have oil and now that we have oil we cannot afford to Run it properly. I rather suspect that Dr. Nkrumah knew or discovered oil but kept quiet about it and started planning ahead how to proceed with tactical action against the enemies of Ghana.
