Please stop taking the people for granted. What you couldn't do in 7 Years, you are promising to do in one election year with money you have already chopped.
You were supposed to open a state owned refinery in the WR. Now we have a Chinese owned one and you talking about revitalizing TOR ? You are a curse like your father and Busia to the people of Ghana.
