    digital is cheaper. Ok requires a little initial capital but the running cost is far cheaper than the paper world

    At least ECG has made a positive move. I have always clamoured for ECG to at least digitalise the acquisition of meters. Now they should procure prepaid meters for all their customers except essential installations. All uti ...
