  How was the body buried at the scene when you don't know who he is and what caused his death? Even after the pathologist told you he might have been beaten to death with objects. Don't you see the need to do further investigations and bring the culprits to book and bring closure to the family?. Decomposition is not a reason a human being should be thrown away like you just did.
