  MP's primary parliamentary duty is formulation and debate of legislature in the house of parliament on behalf of the people he or she represents in their respective constituency. Development is not their major responsibility even though MPs, like any citizen, can wow investors of good standing into their constituencies. Therefore, the obligation of developments such as roads, health, educational etc. infrastructure lie entirely on the local MMDAs and the central government. So MP aspirants must cease forthwith deceiving the electorates
