I worked as a hospice aide in Chicago n I have been able to build 3 separate houses in Ghana, I have a lot of investments and am. Sponsoring my siblings education. I have filled for them already n with time, they will join me here.
Our destinies in this life are not the same, so take note!

Just tell them no problem like your friend did... let them come and see. Recently I see more who have come and say they sold properties, businesses in Ghana...many are crying.at Thier age many will come to reality that the assets they sold was the envy of many of us here abroad and now is gone.
.it takes decades to build whether in Ghana or abroad unless u do cocaine. Average mortgage requires u start at aged min 35yrs...else u don't qualify or can't pay the repayments. If u come here after 40yrs to start life how will you own a home? U will be renting for most and will soon retire. A word to the wise ..even if you want to gamble and come don't sell your land or properties in Ghana..if you have to sell then don't come. many of these assets have high future values than those abroad bcos Ghana is developing..if you loose it you cab buy again!

My guy, me self I have been praying that every Ghanaian will travel..that has been one of my prayers to God that every Ghanaian will travel abroad some day..because majority of Ghanaians think Ghana is the worse country on earth until they travel..am a strong advocate for Ghanaians to travel paa..because The average Ghanaian don’t appreciate Ghana until he travels outside and see the real world, that’s when they tend to appreciate Ghana..One thing I have realized is that, Ghanaians are patriotic as soon as they travel abroad..it’s okay to travel abroad to get to exposure and also learn something new, but to sell all your properties that u have already worked hard to acquire in Ghana to travel is pure madness..And the sad part is that, majority don’t of them travel and they can’t even build same properties again..It’s good to travel, but it’s also not wise to sell your properties to travel..Even after 40 years old, if u traveling abroad, the probability of the person making it is very slim

of selling the property, you can rent it out to get some income. If things don't go well, you will still have a house to live in. A family member of mine travelled to Libya to hustle. He didn't listen to my advice not to sell his tailoring shop.
Things did not go as planned, and he came back empty handed. Well, every one's situation is different. If you still want to sell your property and travel, it is your own choice. A word to the wise...
