Then is again asking EVERYONE TO BE INVOLVED, yet not telling us HOW?
Merely talking this way is NOT SOLUTION. She is not proffering any solutions. She lacks ideas (Control Mechanisms, Systems, Compliance Procedures, Enforcement, etc) to deal with the issues of corruption.
