Why is this government trying hard to enslave everyone including institutions?
This is the nature of this government, bent on having its ways at all costs. Deception and double-crossing are its hallmarks. You trust them to your peril.
No surprises here. The government is headed by a president who is just plain stubborn and arrogant.
The bill laid in parliament was about distance education in public universities in Ghana but not the management of public universities in the past
