The negligence by our schools is becoming one too many. The government must sit up.
Housemaste's job is a thankless one. Soon no one would like to be one. Students can be mischievous and it is sometimes to tell real from pretense. No teacher takes delight in the misery of any student. Housemaster's duties ...

Where's the negligence in this story?
Negligence of not calling emergency ambulance and delayed. She contracted food poisoning or food bacteria !!
The school is just about 3km to TTH
Its regular practice for school authorities to entrust sick students to their fellow colleagues to send to hospital, etc and that's very very bad!!
I thought he may have assaulted the student leading to his condition but that is not the case.
What if he does not have a car. Wait for an ambulance in that bush?. What else could he have done that he didnt do. I doubt if ...

Why not called ambulance ?..Ghanaians educated ppl still behave as illiterate. As headmaster call Ambulance for the student right away..the student contracted either food poisoning or food bacteria..
Who will pay for the ambulance? This is Ghana, not UK or US, where you dial 911 and they come just like that. Here, for some of them, you send the ambulance fee first before they spark the ambulance. Is the housemaster paid m ...

When I was very sick in the 1980's in Secondary school, it was my very great friend who took me to the hospital. I would have died on the school compound. We are still great friends up to today when we are in our 60's.
In Ghana in such circunstances in remote areas 2 legs are better than 4. The four kegs can leave you in the midfle of the road for 20 + 1 reasons. If the distance is manageable get eirher a motorcycle or the back of a two-leg ...

@JB.The president of this country taunting about national ambulance, what is it purposes ..the purposes as a headmaster witnessing such situation call Ambulance!!
I absolutely can't comprehend, neither do I fathom what's been going on of late in our she. These untimely deaths of the students is soooooo rampant in our schools of late.. What at all is going on over there.
Food bacteria or food poisoning could be a factor and also, head master/mistress do not care about students anymore .They either concentrate on their paycheck or their bribery on admission
I have picked an SHS student on my motor bike before and rushed to a nearby pharmacy for first aid.
This happened in front of the school, Tamale. The poor girl was crying with her hands on her stomach, only two of her fri ...

NDC teachers trying hard to sabotage the FREE SHS.
Don't just say anything from your stomach. Give reasons. Do you know the number of students I've sent to the hospital and it turned out that they were faking sickness?
What I don't get is if the inability of the housemaster to accompany the boy is the cause of death!
