Ecg dosent belong to parliament it belongs to the people and the people are who parliament serves. Mps are SERVANTS OF THE PEOPLE OF GHANA
Actually ecg pays for the electricity they use. It's part of their expenses. Dvla has cars. They register them. Then pay to itself the cost of registration.

My thoughts saying Ghana is beyond repairs there nooor some of these personalities show up. Kudos bro, ECG was also in the same business of working, if parliament was. To hell with anyone who thinks otherwise
ECG should do more of that to the state institutions. They present budgets which include electricity bills, yet they are willing to pay themselves frivolous and fat allowances, and ignore their utility bills.
