I very much know Akuffo Addo and know he knows how to play revenge and dirty politics. The people of Oti have been clamoring for a region since the time of Nkrumah. They remained unhappy because everything for the Volta region was sent to the Anlo Ewe areas. The area did not even have a good hospital. Then came Akuffo Addo who created a region and a capital for them. The reward that the Oti people gave him was to vote massively against him in an election. He won just one constituency in the region he had created for them. Note that Akuffo Addo is not a toke. He also responded by neglecting the area and not taking up any Developmental projects for the Oti region. Do you blame him? No, he is Human and things can hurt him too. Does that make him vindictive? No, Nkrumah neglected Akyem Abuakwa area when he realized that they were against him. Jeremiah John Rawlings also abandoned Kibi, New Juaben, Oda, and Akan speaking areas in Akwapem. Yes, that is how the political game is played in Africa.
People should not play stupid politics and decide to always vote against the Government in power. If they do, their area loses. Akuffo Addo has not been vindictive to the people of Oti region. He has just been responding to the kind of games the people are playing with him. Oti people, know how to vote wisely next time when NPP remains in office.

It's only this man who keeps fighting with all regional heads of department, you are the only Regional minister who takes 90% of all funds released by government for administrative purposes to his pocket.
