Among the negotiated pardons included Lorduna's involvement in Cocoa Road Contracts. Ghanaians should ask themselves why after the 2016 elections Otumfour was asked to intervene. This was confirmed by the Otumfour at the UN. Those saying Ken Ofori Atta will be put on trial are just joking since Manhyia will be asked to intervene as a form of payback time. The whole thing is a kind of you scratch my back and I scratch your back.

  I know this for a fact that, the Akyem Mafia wants to jail Dr. Ato Forson. The lady judge received her judgement from the Jubilee House. Ato isn't guilty but they wanted to send him to jail.

  THE USE AND MISUSE OF NOLLE PROSEQUI.
  When Asabke was arrested, in the Gregory Afoko trial, Gloria Akufo, on the insistence of Godfrey Dame, went for a nolle prosequi. This led to the annulment of the whole trial. Since Asabke was already on trial in absentia, it should have been a stay of proceedings and not a nolle prosequi.
  The SC surprisingly upheld the decision.
  Once a nolle prosequi is pronounced, a fresh trial can take place only if facts that did not exist or were unknown at the time of the pronouncement are brought to the fore of the court. CAN A CONVICTION EXCLUDE OR EXONERATE THE CHIEF DIRECTOR?
