It is very appaling , his kind of journalism. If he is brought to book, he will say he is being gagged. Ah, hmm. We as a people also need to be more open especially those in the public eye. King Charles avoided controversies such as this by announcing his cancer diagnosis. I know it is a personal choice but if one is in the public eye, disclosing illness not necessarily diagnosis and taking time off will cease vultures such as Captain Smart desecrating reputations. Inasmuch as I don't agree with all the allegations put forward by various individuals, mostly NPP members, there seem to be some substance in the narratives after joining the dots. It seems John wasn't the target but rather Wontumi. Recent reports from within the NPP indicate that Wontumi has become a de facto chairman of chairmen assuming more powers than Stephen Ntim, the national chairman of the party. He disrespectfully enters and exits other regions without notice or permission and does whatever he wants thus diminishing the authority of sitting chairmen. Evidence adduce from recent by elections and Bawumia flag bearership campaign are already in the public domain. Most of the regional executives we spoke across the country before and after made reservation statements.

Conspicuously, Stephen Ntim has been missing in action just after 2020 elections. Why was he absent from resolution of Wontumi vs Asante Chiefs Saga and other important functions except Justin Kodua, the Gen. Sec. and other national executives? The dwarfs want to know.

This is not to suggest the allegations of poisoning are conclusive. However, it is extremely important for the party to sit up, draw boundaries as well and reminding every office holder of his or her boundaries and limitations.

We shall overcome this huddles after vindictive, autocratic, "My Way Or No Other Persons Way" Akufo Addo has left in 2025 for us to rebuild our traditional party bequeathed to us by our forefathers.

Even if his claims are true, it would impede the smooth sailing of the investigation process because if anyone has hands in the murder of the MP they can flee or try their best to cover the trail of the events. That explains why in the advanced countries news reporters aren’t allowed to give details of unsolved crimes, neither are they allowed to say anything that’s not officially from the police department! Maybe Captain Smart and his Russian trained Nkomfem Warlord and serial killer have hands in the murder. Since according to Captain Smart the poisoning took place in the North. Must we, as a nation, be always dragging every serious matter into unnecessary controversy? Yes, the woman reserves the right to take that action but couldn't she have restrained herself a little bit, taking into consideration the situation she finds herself in? The police are noted for swiftly taking action based on video releases and now that there have been several of them in relation to the same issue, one would have thought that they would have been given the space to do a professional job, unless there is a reason to suspect them on the contrary because some of these videos went viral a long time ago while the deceased was alive and allegedly being treated for food poisoning, yet looked on, maybe awaiting an order from above which never came. The woman also new about this but never lodged a complaint. I believe it is not too late for the police to move in to avoid unnecessary tension.
