When John became president, he renamed it "Ministry of GENDER, CHILDREN AND SOCIAL PROTECTION", and appointed Nana Oye Lithur as the minister. This was after his friend Andrew Solomon, a very vociferous GAY and LGBTQ+ advocate launched Mahama's book, "My first coup detat". Andrew Solomon financed JM's election campaign in 2012. Now hear what JM is saying about the president refusing ro sign Anti-LGBTQ BILL, wgen the bill hasn't even been presented to the president. Either Mahama is dishonest or he was drunk, as usual, when he condemned the urgent president for 'refusing to sign the bill'.

This is a dangerous law that any sensible leader must be careful. How are we going to identify and arrest those in it? Is it by knocking on people's doors and inspecting or information from landlords and others. Those promoting will be a bit easier but there is a problem. Elton John wears earrings and he is a well-known gay. The late George Michael also wore earrings and was also a gay. Does it mean all males in Ghana with earrings are gay? And they are many. Even those arrested and sentenced, will they be kept individually or in groups? This is a complicated situation which those who proposed and passed the bill should have considered. I hope Sam George will provide solutions to all these.

It has only helped few pockets in Ghana and the pockets of the donors.( high interest rates). Ghana should be bold and borrow money from the Bricks and pay the noice makers about our bill.
