  Bawulier at his gimmicks again. Can this scheme operate or apply in my village Nyamebekere in the Central Region or only in Accra and Kumasi to deceive innocent voters? I call on Ghana Statistical Services to follow this scheme countrywide and publish the results for us to see. We have the Birth/Death Department across the country, why can we strengthen them to undertake this simple task but leave it to Bawulier to lunch it and add it to his Digitisation CV. Mmmmmm!
