Mahama the main fiberoptic cables for internet in Ghana. Mahama built the Accra Digital Centre. SSNIT, Controller and Accountant General Dept, other state institutions including the public universities (UG, KNUST, UCC, UEW, etc) digitilized long before 2017 when Bawumia became VP. The banks and many private sector players had digitilized.

What does Bawumia do when he says he is digitilizing state institutions? And what is use and duties of the MDs and Board Members of these institutions? Why are they still at post if their jobs are being done by Bawumia?

Does Bawumia move from institution to institution and carry out technical and needs assessment, acquisition of software and hardware (or even software development), installation of software and hardware, system configuration, test run, etc???

Exactly what does Bawumia do (while the MDs, CEOs, board members look on) when he says he is digitilizing? Someone help me with CREDIBLE response.

Then he equalises by suggesting that CJs two shift system validates 24 hr economy. Correction a first shift from 8.30 to 11.30am and a second shift from 2pm to 6.30pm, is a normal working day divided into 2 shifts. It cannot be linked to a 34 hr economy by no stretch of political imagination. No judge is sitting through. That will be ridiculously dangerous in a country where politicians abducted and murdered supreme court judges, lest we forget.

The internet interruption has rather exposed how Bawumia has failed to access the infrastructure expansion and look at alternative source to keep the systems running. Secondly the interoperability aspect of digitalization would not be possible because failure of Ghana Card to function on the global network system reduces the Ghana Card to local systems bringing no value to the presumed use of Ghana Card as a travel document if foreign system cannot validate or authenticate any Ghana Card.

Internet interruption in Ghana and some African and European countries are caused by fiber cables.
Bawumia (Akufo-Addo government) has not built any internet cables. Rather some "applications (i.e the GPS, and NIA card apps)."
This has rather vindicated the previous government, who laid the cables from the south to the north of Ghana. It tells that without fiber cables (the foundation) the applications like the bragging NIA card, GPS applications won't work!
It's unfortunate, even most of so learned with titles in Ghana are shallow in analyzing and thinking!!!!
